Are you HSP = hypersensitive?

Cos I am …

This article might help you understand yourself better or a loved one, keep sharing the feeling.

Feelings are meant to be expressed, not buried.

Let the story begin….

I kinda of knew but never really took it onboard. 20% of the population is.

I have been diagnosed as HSP hypersensitive.

My nervous system responds highly to senses both physical and emotional. Naturally high on dopamine.

As Salvador Dali says: ‘I don’t need drugs, i am drugs’ naturally high on life.

27 Things You Do Because You're a Highly Sensitive Person

As I suffered from emotional neglect as a hypersensitive child, I didn’t feel heard and respected for the way i was feeling so I suffered from constant hyper vigilance and inner conflict thinking that there was something wrong with me to feel that much.

I now reckon that my dear mum was HSP which lead her to depression and suicidal attempts. Unfortunately, she didn’t get the right help apart from pills which numbed her. My dad developed a narcissistic behaviour which was his weapon for his maybe so HSP too.

Who knows ? I am more sure about my mum.

Bless their souls and rest in peace.amour.

I am healing today, Learning to prioritise myself and set boundaries.

Learning that I am not a burden but a gift.

My sensitivity and emotions are a gift, my source of energy and reference.

Who knows it might help one of your loved ones too or you !

Keep being you and honest.

We don’t want or need others to be careful with us, we simply want others to know who we were born to be and to respect for who we are.

Sending you warmth

Amour toujours
